Day 1
Evening (5pm): Arrivals, orientation to program, sunset walk and dinner with local ingredients, movement session
Day 2
Morning: Sunrise nature walk, Green workout, introduction to the science of bio-happiness
Afternoon: Personal wellbeing assessment, goal-setting workshop, individual coaching sessions, digital detox challenge
Evening: Group cooking class using bio-happy ingredients, stargazing
Day 3
Morning: Sunrise walk, action planning for integrating bio-happiness into daily life, creating personal rituals
Afternoon ( till 5pm): Group work, closing ceremony and reflections, farewell and continued support resources
